When will Approvals be available in Team Managed Software Projects?

I see that the Status move to under the Summary has not been mentioned, understandably. But I have been noticing a lot of noise on that post and the feature request. Hopefully, that is handled to most if not everyone's satisfaction real soon :)

PLEASE Atlassian can you focus on not breaking the basics, rather than a load of unnecessary new bells and whistles. The unwanted change to the location of the Status button is a disaster. It now disappears from view as soon as you start scrolling. See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-96247 and https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Easier-status-updates-for-work-items/ba-p/3068881. I believe that you will do the right thing and revert this change; please do that sooner rather than later.

I watched the beginning of 'Rovo skills for Jira Admins' and had to laugh. The 'Permission Helper / Notification Helper / Where is my field' button was a fantastic piece of functionality in Jira Server/DC. It was so useful, I loved it. Just add that to Cloud and then we don't need Rovo!

@Ben Payne  thank you for the reply it is disappointing to see the project types merging and continue to get caught in gaps of functionality...

My Team started with a Business Project specifically for the approval functionality but fell short without the backlog and sprint planning... We have painfully migrated to a Team Managed Software Project only to see the final gap of functionality available to Company Managed Projects only...

Definitely is NOT inline with Jira for all teams.... and unifying the Jira experience for business projects and software projects.

You announced the deprecation of your backup API endpoint for March next year.

How will you support your customers regarding professional backup solutions and automation (manually clicking on links on webpages and downloading exports is not it) in the future?

Anything on that? Did not see it in the highlighted topics and seems kind of an important basic for other than hobby use of the platform.

I love the new features, amazing!

I'm definitely delighted by how easy it is to tweak language with embedded AI, it's a huge time saver. Seeing that added to JQL error fixing, creating items from other tools, photos.. It's fantastic!

Glad to see the untangling of projects with spaces.. it's been confusing. I am excited to learn how to better use goals/projects, I feel that it'll be very helpful, specially when it becomes more clear to use.

Lastly, great shout in usability improvements such as the use of inspector across the app to make updates within context.
