İ can't see jira settings (admin settings) on jira

I am admin at admin.jira.com but I am not admin in jira. That's why I can't see the jira settings. What should I do?

When I click on manage products on admin.jira.com, I get a warning that you are not authorized. But I've been added as an administrator.

Welcome to the Community!

If you're not an organisation or site admin then you cannot manage products on Jira.  If you need to be added as an org or site admin, you'll need to reach out to a colleague who already has that role to add you

I'm director on my organisation and admin.atlassian.com. But still i cant manage product access.  So how can i manage my product that jira?
