Медленная работа Jira

Здравствуйте! Подскажите пожалуйста как я могу оптимизировать работу Jira? У нас имеется большое количество пользователей, днем наблюдаются сильные задержки в работе, для примера при нажатии кнопки , приходиться ждать по 4-5сек чтобы произошло действие, вечером как нагрузка спадает все хорошо.

Нарастить ресурс сервера возможность имеется, в мониторинге не вижу нагрузки колоссальной, чтобы были задержки в работе.

Подскажите какие конфигурации смотреть ?

Jira could be slow/unresponsive for many reasons, so we need to get into the bottom of this to get the exact issue and then decide what is the mitigation.

Few steps you could do to check the performance issue are, first thing we can check in atlassian log file.
