Ошибка Configuration read failure при попытке войти в созданный в Облаке классический бизнес-типа HR

Создал в Облаке проект по шаблону HR.

При попытке войти в настройки проекта получаю ошибку: Configuration read failure{"errorMessages":["Внутренняя ошибка сервера"],"errors":{}}

При попытке создать задачу - не дает выбрать этот проект.

При попытке войти в доску проекта:

При этом с другими проектами проблем нет - и классические и next-gen работают исправно.

Как можно поправить?

I understand that you also created a support case for this same problem over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-554591

However it appears that issue has been closed and marked as 'resolved by customer'.  Could you let us know what steps you took here to fix this issue? It might help to document the steps taken to resolve this so that other users that might search on this topic can find an answer more easily.
