Если поле позволяет вам выбирать из списка пользователей, вы не сможете выбрать роль проекта в качестве значения для поля.

Due to translation application I am unsure which field you are referencing. Can you provide a partial screen image and point out the field?
If the field allows you to select from a list of Users, you will not be able to select a project role as the value for the field.
