Поле "Исполнитель" в задаче

Добрый день!

Сейчас поле "Исполнитель" в задаче может быть заполнено любым пользователем в этой системе. Я хочу, чтобы можно было выбрать только 2 пользователя. Чтобы другие пользователи не отображались для выбора.

Как я могу это сделать?

When it comes to the Assignee field, the users that appear on the field are based on the Assignable User permission.

If you restrict the permission to only users from the group jira-software-users, then only users from the group will be visible on the Assignee field.

With this said, you can create a group on the Cog icon > User management > Groups and add two users.

Then, go to Project settings > Permissions > Actions > Edit permissions > Click on Edit for the Assignable User permission and grant the permissions for the group you created.

 

After that, it will only return the users from the group on the Assignee field.

Note that, most of the projects share the same permissions, so in case the permission scheme is shared between other Jira Software projects, this change will affect all of them, but you can create a specific scheme for each project.
