відсутній статус задачі "в роботі" в задач/підзадач/багів

Вітаю, 

підкажіть будь ласка в чому може бути причина того що статус в роботі знияк для таких типів задач як task / sub task / bug проте в epic та story він є як і в налаштуваннях борди, попередньо був статус а потім просто зник, в чому може бути причина? дякую

Чи можете ви надати зображення екрана, яке вказує, де раніше було видно відсутній статус?

Якщо раніше ви могли вибрати «Виконується» як статус для завдань, підзавдань і помилок, але більше не можете, є кілька можливих причин.

1. Робочий процес для цих типів проблем було змінено, і "Виконується" було видалено.

2. Робочий процес було змінено таким чином, щоб були додані умови, які обмежують, хто може змінювати проблеми на «Виконується»

Ви працюєте з проектом, керованим командою, чи проектом, керованим компанією? Цю інформацію можна знайти на сторінці «Переглянути всі проекти» в меню «Проекти». Ми можемо запропонувати додаткові кроки для налагодження, коли знаємо тип вашого проекту.

Can you provide a screen image that points out where the missing status previously was visible?

If you previously could select "In Progress" as a status for tasks, subtasks, and bugs and no longer can, there are a few possible reasons.

1. The workflow for those issue types was change, and the "In Progress" was removed.

2. The workflow was change so that conditions were added limiting who can change issues to "In Progress"

Are you working with a "Team Managed" project or a "Company Managed" project? You can find that information on the "View all projects" page under the "Projects" menu. We can suggest additional debugging steps when we know the type of your project.

there is no task status "in progress" in tasks/subtasks/bugs

I am not able to offer you advise without understanding which screen you are viewing where you believe the data is missing. для прикладу візьмемо "помилку", даний тип задачі присутній в екрані kanban issue type scheme для it development проекту , також в схемі  Software Simplified Workflow Scheme статус in progress є , проте на борді з задачами цього статусу немає , питання в чому може бути причина ? дякую

Чи є на дошці завдання типу «помилка»?

Чи ввімкнено функцію Backlog для дошки? Якщо так, чи відображаються проблеми в Backlog?

Чи можете ви показати нам відображення статусів у стовпцях? Ви можете отримати доступ до цього, натиснувши кнопку з трьома крапками у верхньому правому куті, а потім натиснувши «Налаштувати дошку». Потім ви повинні натиснути параметри Стовпці.

 

 

Чи є у вас якісь статуси, зіставлені з областю невідповідних статусів? Проблеми в статусах, які знаходяться в області невідповідних статусів, не відображатимуться на дошці.

Can you provide a screen image for the board?

Are there any "error" type of tasks displayed on the board?

Do you have the Backlog feature enabled for the board? If so, do the issues display in the Backlog?

Can you show us a mapping of the Statuses to the Columns? You would access that by clicking on the button with the three dots in the upper right corner and then clicking on Configure Board. Then you would click on the Columns options.

Do you have any statuses mapped to the Unmapped Statuses area? Issues in statuses that are in the Unmapped Statuses area will not display on the board.

Can you show us the filter that you are using for the board?

for example, let's take "error", this type of task is present in the kanban issue type scheme screen for the it development project, also in the Software Simplified Workflow Scheme, the status is in progress, but on the board with tasks, this status is not there, the question is what could be the reason? thank you
