Добрый день . Хочу уточнить такой нюанс, при создании заявки в проекте Service desk , автоматом создается заявка в проекте Software. Мне нужно настроить так , чтоб копировалось поле " наблюдатели " из Service desk проекта в Software . Как это можно настроить. Подскажите пожалуйста ?
If you are creating an issue in both projects when an issue is created in the service desk project you would need to look at the process that is cloning the issue.
