Подскажите, как можно настроить автоматизированное правило:

- в случае, если в тикете тягается конкретный тег (или несколько)

- отправляется уведомление на е-мейл.

Using the browser translator, I see you want to detect specific tags in your automation rule, and then send an email.  What do you mean by tag?  Do you mean the Labels field?

If so you could use a condition test to determine if one (or more) Labels exist and then send the email.
