2 of my projects are linked, how do I disconnect them?

Somehow two of my projects became linked. Anytime I kickoff a sprint in one it also kicks off the sprint in the other project. If I change the name of a sprint in one of the projects it updates the the other sprint in the separate project. Creating a sprint in one project also results in creating a sprint in the other project. I'd like to unlink these projects but I'm not sure how they became linked in the first place.
