2 users in same group but one user cant see move option in subtask but other user can see it

2 users in same group but one user cant see move option in subtask but other user can see  it in jira , what can be done in this case ?

Hello @Appam Aparna 

In a Company Managed project the ability to use Move is governed by a permission in the Permission Scheme associated with the project. The user also needs the Edit Issues permission.

Do both users have those permissions? Double check the groups/roles assigned to those permissions and confirm that the user who doesn't see the option is in the right groups/roles.
