Hi,
I try to import from redmine using the external system import tool.
I configure the URL and the username/password click on Next and get this error :
Cannot login to Redmine site: Server returned '404 not found'. response body:<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd"> <html> <title>redMine 404 error</title> <style> body{ font-family: Trebuchet MS,Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; color:#303030; margin:10px; } h1{ font-size:1.5em; } p{ font-size:0.8em; } </style> <body> <h1>Page not found</h1> <p>The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed.</p> <p><a href="javascript:history.back()">Back</a></p> </body> </html>
I can access Redmine with the same URL and credentials via a web browser.
It seems that the redmine release is 2.4.2.
Thanks for your help
Stéphane
OK,
The redmine version is 1.02 that is not compatible with the importer.
Stéphane
The importer will work with the exact url for redmine, without a trailing slash
Works:
http://ful.qualified.hostname/redmine
Does not work:
http://ful.qualified.hostname/redmine/
I hope this saves other people looking for this issue the headache i had for the last hour...
Best wishes
