404 Not Found on OAuth-App oauth/token/accessible-resources

hi all, 

last week i could post comments with the rest api and since yesterday i could not even get the cloudid (described in Get the cloudid for your site ).

Every time i get the status code 404. 

URL = https://api.atlassian.com/oauth/token/accessible-resources

But there is no problem to get the access token.

Pls help.
