Hi there. We have a Jira Software instance. Im trying to call rest api method(/rest/api/latest/{issueKey} based on https://ourjiralink.companyname.com
But I have an `500 Internal Server Error`

Oops - an error has occurred

I have an error id in response, I think, but I don't know, what should I do with this

Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation.

Log's referral number:
********-****-****-****-************

What should I check first?
Im using basic auth, my credentials are right, used them in web login.
Hi @Георгий Брюханов ,
Could you please let us know the exact API request that you did including the syntax that you used. And how you are doing the post. Is it through browser/postman/any restful client program etc..
It helps us to validate it further.
Thanks,
RamaRao
HI. Contacted to support from my company, and decision was just reset CAPTCHA, I have too much error while logging(with older credentials) with automated scripts, after my credentials have changed.
My bad.I'm so sorry
