Project Mirroring is a common use case for synchronisation.
Exalate - another option available on the Atlassian marketplace - can work for you straight out of the box. But it also offers great flexibility through scripting functionality.
Here is a video showing how an agile project gets mirrored.

Everything gets synchronised - issue fields, statuses, comments, attachments, epics including all stories and subtasks, sprints, ranking ...
Reach out to us if you have any questions at all (support@exalate.com). Or you can directly set up a one-on-one video-call for us to show you how Exalate would work for your use case here: https://www.idalko.com/exalate-book-demo/.
Cheers,
Francis
Are you looking to move your Jira instance from one server to another or are you looking to sync two Jira instances?
If you are looking for information on how to migrate your Jira instance to another server, then check out Migrating Jira applications to another server. Here is an other option, Migrating projects to another Jira instance. If you are looking to sync projects/issues between two instances there are apps in the Marketplace that you can use, for example Backbone and Exocet just to name a few.
