I am totally new to jira.I use 8.13.2 DataCenter version. For the same sprint, I got different start date of burndown and burnup chart, exactly 8 hours when  the general configration of  Default user time zone set to GMT+08:00Shanghai .More unfortunately , this occurs in all sprints of various agile projects in my 8.13.2  jira.

I have tried to modify the time/date related parameters in advanced configuration, but it took no effect.

The server operating system(centos 7) zone locale is Shanghai. When I change the general configration of  Default user time zone, the start time both changed accordingly.I just tried 3 times:

GMT+2:00Amman       up 2021/1/25 8:03 AM    down 2021/01/25 10:03 AM
GMT+3:00Aden           up 2021/1/25 9:03 AM    down 2021/01/25 12:03 PM
GMT+08:00Shanghai   up 2021/1/25 2:03 PM    down 2021/01/25 10:03 PM

It seems ,the burnup chart and the burndown chart  "live" in differnent time zones.

So how could I set both of them in the same time zone?

I insert the pics as below with Default user time zone set to GMT+08:00Shanghai :

Hi @thunder43x  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I didn't see any open defects on this symptom in the public backlog or on this forum, so I suggest asking your admin to submit a support ticket to Atlassian:
