A problem occurs when tries to complete a sprint

Hi,

Earlier I had a workflow as shown in the below figure and it was used by all the projects,

Then we changed the workflow as the below now the below workflow is used by every project,

I created board and created a sprint base on that board. Finally once the duration of the sprint ends, I needed to complete that sprint. According to my workflow, when I complete the sprint, I needed to move all uncompleted tasks to next sprint expect "Verified" tickets as it is the last step of the worflow. But it still moves "Verified" tickets to the next sprint and marks "Done" tickets as the completed tickets during the sprint. How can I overcome this?

Hi @Chethana Hashani,

Jira will treat only the issues in the rightmost column as completed. Please make sure, that you have the "Verified" column rightmost and the "Done" column somewhere on the left of that column.

Pls check board - configure -- the Column management:

make sure the "Verified " status and "Done" status in the same column
