What should I take care when a project change workflow?

A project use tacitly workflow (Jira workflow) ，then I creae a workflow name B，when I change the project workflow to B workflow，I find some comment in some issues are disappeared .

So I want to know What should I take care when a project change workflow?

That really does not sound correct. Workflow has nothing to do with comments on issues and should not affect them at all, no matter how much you edit the workflow.

I suspect something else has changed - do your users have the permissions to delete comments? Does your log have any warnings/errors in it?
