A single 'customer' / 'reporter' is not receiving email notifications. Everyone else does

I know hot to check my person settings, make sure that relevant boxes are ticked.
Anyone knows how to check particular user's settings please?
The problem is that a single person reported that recently stopped receiving email notifications from Jira.
She has checked the 'junk' folder and nothing's there.
Can someone advice pelase?

Have you asked the user to check their personal settings?
Is this user a licensed user of your Jira system, or a only a Customer for your Jira Service Management project?
