I have a user who is getting a lot of issue update notifications in her email but she is not watching/assigned/reporting these issues.
Does anyone know how to solve it?
If some mention the user using @ and if this user has access to the issue, he will receive a notification.
I do not think this is the problem. The user was not mentioned in any items.
Using the same item from the example, this item is a new item, and there is nothing about this user.

Are they notification from JIRA itself or notification that may have been send from a3rd party app ?
