Hello - can somene help me understand what this error message is please?

I need more info here. I suspect that you are trying to reference a custom field maybe and that field has (had) and ID of 10024 but can't be sure. Please share what you are/were doing when this error appeared.

@Chris Poulsom - Are you trying to search for the project using JQL?

project=10024

The error says that no project exists with name or key 10024. What is the operation that gives you this error?
