A way to setup a feature request portal

I have a small app that I'm creating I want to get people input on features they'd like to see. Does jira have something I can quickly setup so people can submit features for a development project I have? 

If jira does not have something of that sort does anyone know any type of app that has that? I could build a quick one but I would have to look in the sql database at ppls request. Rather spend time on the actual app lol

Jira has an issue collector (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/using-the-issue-collector-776636529.html) which may be of some use potentially.

If you are going to set up your own app (which is what we've done for our clients), it would be easier to use the REST API rather than trying direct database access.

You could set up anonymous access so any user can access your project in the JIRA instance.
