AD/LDAP User <user> does not exist?

This is a bit strange. I have set up LDAP with AD. I get the users and the groups. But when executing "Test Settings" I get an error. User <MyAd Reader> does not exist.

Get the same thing with LDAP for my confluence configuration. Did you get a resolution on this?
