AI and ROVO

Hello Everyone,

 We are currently testing AI and ROVO on our sandbox.

We are testing many use cases :)

However, we have security requirements that we need to comply with.

Here the following questions: is there a plan in Atlassian's roadmap to allow the connection of an internal LLM specific to each company ?

If so, is there a release date ?

That’s a really exciting initiative — it’s great to hear you’re already testing AI and Rovo in your sandbox! Atlassian has been very active in expanding AI capabilities, and while today most of the announcements have centered around their native AI features, the team has also shared that extensibility and enterprise-level security are key priorities on the roadmap.

At this point, I haven’t seen a confirmed release date specifically for company-specific or internal LLM connections. However, given Atlassian’s focus on enterprise needs, data privacy, and flexibility, I’d be optimistic that this type of capability will be an area they continue to explore.

In the meantime, I’d recommend keeping an eye on the Atlassian Cloud Roadmap and the AI & Rovo product updates section — that’s where any announcements about integrations or advanced security options are first shared. You could also raise this as a feature suggestion in the community’s Product Ideas section so Atlassian can directly capture your use case.
