Is there a way to limit access and creation of Rest API Keysa on Jira Cloud?

Hi @Hector Hood 

Any form of limit is based on the permissions the user has on the instance and not necessarily limiting what features the API can access. With Atlassian access, you can control the user token generated in terms of deleting it off.
