Hi,

• Is this a constant issue or is it intermittent?
• Are you connected to CROWD or is this internal authentication?

I would like to see more of the logs to better determine what's going on.  You should see a stack trace in the logs with a line that says Caused by and reason similar to this:

Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0

Please post as much of the stack trace and the caused by statements.
