AUTOMATION HOW TO CREATE A CHILD ISSUE TYPE INITIATIVE FROM A THEME

I want to use automation to automatically create several initiative under a theme, then several epics under the initiatives then several stories under the epics. I was not able to find the way to set this hierarchy by creating a child issue. Can anyone help ?

Is this some something you need to do more than once? Can you provide more context on why you are trying to automate this?

Are the Epics under each Initiative going to be identical - one set of Epics duplicated under each Initiative? Same question for Stories under each Epic.

How many issues overall are you looking to create through this process each time the automation is run? I ask because there are limitations on automations as documented here:
