Hi @ArunKumar Muniappan -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

How do you define "completion %" as that will impact how you solve this question.  Is it:

  • a measure of time relative to some dates in the issues
  • a count of issues in particular status values
  • a sum of an estimation field for issues in particular status values, such as story points
  • etc.

Once identify that, you could try various approaches depending on what you want to do with the value of "Epic average completion %".  Some examples are:

  • export the issues from Jira and perform the calculation in another tool
  • write an automation rule which calculates the values
  • build an application which pulls data from Jira using the REST API to calculate the values
  • investigate marketplace apps for reporting or dashboard gadgets

Kind regards,
Bill
