Unfortunately you can't do that with out of the box Jira functionalities. You can do that with an app from the marketplace e.g. with proforma. They even have a free lite version if you want to try. Of course you can search for other apps by yourself, which you may find more suitable for what you want to achieve.
Agreed - ProForma is the route to go. And since they have been acquired by Atlassian in the last year, you will start to see them incorporated into Jira. I don't know the timeframe, but maybe Novemberish? ;-)
