I have a question about the use of the post function "Transition if issue matches a JQL Query",
In fact, I have developed a workflow with two levels of validation, the first one by the "Manager" and the second one by the "Director".
I tried to use this post function to skip a status (Validation of the Director) if the Manager is the Director. By this way I won't need to go through two levels of validation.
But the problem in this use case is that I find that the transition is applied and the status displayed is not correct, it is still blocked in the "Director's validation".
How can I fix it?
PS
The "Transition if issue matches a JQL Query", it must be the last one of the list.
Best Regards.

Hello Kristjan,
Thank you for your answer.
I belive that it is not possible with the Post functions. I have to look out of there for my use case.

Are you asking about a Condition or a Post Function?
Maybe I am misunderstanding but Adaptavist has "Allows the Transition if this Query Matches a JQL Query" as a Condition, which is not going to transition the issue automatically from one status to the next in the workflow. This Condition works in such a way that the transition "button" on the issue is only visible if the JQL query condition is met. Otherwise the transition "button" on the issue is hidden (i.e. not available).
Sounds to me like you are wanting the issue to automatically transition between certain statuses when a JQL is met, which is possible with automation or some external scripting (not done in the workflow).
