About assgin to me

If I use account with jira-administrators, It's haven a button "Assign to me". And It don't have with other account.

Can you help me, please?

Hi @ST - HỆ THỐNG 

Check the Permission Scheme associated with the project to see who as the Assign Issue permissions. Then modify it as needed.
