About due date in jira cloud and end date in bigpicture

Hello,
I imported a project from MS Project to BigPicture plugin. The end date appears as "End Date" in BigPicture plugin. These end dates do not appear in the JIRA Cloud, designated as "Due Date". Is it necessary to enter this data manually? Is it possible to connect JIRA Cloud and Bigpicture for deadlines?

Hi @Büşra Öztürk,

When you import data, you basically import them in Jira. BigPicture sits on top of Jira and adds funcitonality, but use Jira custom fields to store the data.

When you say you imported your data in a field called end date, that is most likely a different field than due date. If you want to make this field visible in Jira, you will need to add it to the screens in the project that you imported data into.
