About version Fields

Hi,

Can we add new fields “Repository Suspected” and “Repository Modified” and they have the same functionality as “Affects Version/s” and “Fix Version/s” fields in Jira?

No.  The two version fields are system fields and have quite a lot of entwined functionality.  They are not available as custom fields

Well, you can add more "version" fields, but they just do the drop-down list and work off the same list of versions as affected and fix, and they don't have any other functionality (fix version has a LOAD of extra stuff, especially if you then add the Agile addon)
