Access Log Question

In JIRA's access_log, I see some lines that don't carry a user-name.
Does it mean those specific rest calls aren't initiated by user and they are part of some internal process ?
Is there a way to figure out those requests from access_log that are system generated rather than user_generated ?

Hi Zack,

Could you please clarify which log are you informing us?
Because for example, in the Audit Log, some information display the username like "jira", so it won't reveal the name of the user, that is a site-administrator, for confidentiality subject, so you won't know who is.

If you inform us if is another log, I can check if the information displayed is the correct one.
