Access the cloud-to-cloud migration feature doesn't show
Im trying to follow the guide to perform a cloud to cloud migration on jira.
Select Settings ⚙️ in the top right corner of the screen.
Select System.
Select Migrate cloud site from the left navigation menu. (This option doesnt show anywhere)

It should be in the Import and Export section.
If it is not present,
- have you confirmed that you are a Site Admin and not just a Jira Admin?
- do you have Release Tracks enabled, which may have prevent an upgrade that included the functionality?
