So I don't know if we're doing something wrong. Apparently, our organization already has AI access for all products.
However, it only runs in Confluence and JSM (AI Agent), and it doesn't turn on in Jira software despite the checked checkbox.
Is this something on my side or yours?
Given Atlassian Intelligence is a relatively new beta feature, I'd contact Atlassian directly about this one.
