Access to JIRA Xray

Hello,

I can see the app but don't have access to create the test case, who do I reach out to to get access at GM?

Welcome to the community.

You need to reach out to your project administrator or Jira administrator of your instance.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.

Not sure what "GM" stands for ?

Are you asking for a person to speak to in your company?

Who can act on XRay work items is different depending on your hosting type. 

CLOUD based,
Jira Project Permissions control who can create work items.
If you can create work items but not test cases, that would suggest that test cases are not available in your project (as designed by project admins).

Run this JQL to see if they already exist from 'Search for work items' > JQL

project = [your Project's key] and issuetype = Test

Jira DC & Server have additional permissions that control who can act on XRay work items.
