Access to installing applications

Hi

I need restricted the instalation of aplications.

I follow this answer but the options I see are different. Any idea how to do it?

The screen images shown in that other post are not for Jira Cloud. Notice in the background image where the Apps are listed there are options to Upload App and to Build A New App. "Upload App" is not an option that is available in Jira Cloud.

To what category of user are you trying to restrict the ability to install apps?
