Access to my Jira account.

I'm trying to enter in my Jira account of our company. 

I recived the invitation on my email, but once I try to enter it says to try with another account because my email do not have acccess in the Jira website of my company. 

The strange thing is that I recived the invitation to join on that specific email.

How is it possible?

Is it possible that you are already logged in with another Atlassian account in your browser?

What happens if you copy the URL in the email, open another browser (or an incognito window) and try to login there?
