As we get bigger, it will be harder for my onboarding team to give everyone access to certain information within the company.
How do I give access to managers, executives and not to employees or interns?
For this, you can leverage on groups in permissions. Therefore you can have one group named all-employees and another called managers. These groups will be attached to spaces or individuals pages based on your requirements.
Once a person joins the organization, they need to be added to the correct group only. This will give them all the access they need according to their level.
