Accessing jira via python

Hello Team,

 i am currently tring to access jira elements (Bugs / task's ) via python and below is the code which i am using:-

from jira import JIRA

jira_options = {
'server': 'https://netradyne.atlassian.net'
}
jira = JIRA(options=jira_options, basic_auth=())

issue = jira.issue('CN-663')
print(issue.fields.project.key) # 'JRA'

When running the above script , the below error is seen:-
