Accidentally deleted Jira

Is there a way to recover an accidentally deleted Jira?

I was trying to clean up some testing Jiras and deleted a big one jira by accident. Please help!

You will need to go to your last backup, restore that on a temporary system, then work out a way to copy the issue out of there into your production system (manually if it's simple enough maybe, or for a full complex restoration, delete all the other issues in the restored project, export everything, then use "project import" to pull that one remaining issue back in)
