Account Deactivation Issue on Jira

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to seek assistance with an issue I'm encountering on Jira. I'm the administrator of the site "21-skills" and I've noticed that one of the user accounts on my site has been unexpectedly deactivated. The message displayed regarding this user is as follows:

"The Atlassian account of the user is deactivated. Contact the administrators of the user's organization to activate this account."

However, I'm unable to find any links, buttons, or options to reactivate this user's account. As the site administrator, it's crucial for me to resolve this issue promptly.

Could you please provide guidance or assistance in reactivating this user's account? Your prompt response and support would be greatly appreciated as it's impacting our workflow.

Is it possible that the user you're talking about is a managed account as described here?
