Accounting for maximal hours on component level

Hi all,

within our company we have several sub-projects for a customer. Each of those sub-projects have negotiated and separated working hours. What we would need now is the following:

• We envisioned to use components within a project to define the sub-project releation.
• We want to hava a maximum of working hours bookable for a component.
• We want to have the used working hours kind of aggregated within portfolio like view.

Does someone know, how we can achieve this? We already tried out temp together with accounts, but it didn´t work out as expected.
