When the action pull down in a gadget on the dashboard extends beyond the bottom of the browser window, the window behaves erratically sometimes making it impossible to select the desired action. Go to https://support.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa and shrink your browser window such that all issues in the Filter Results gadget will not fit on the screen. Navigate to the action pull down. Note that the actions extend beyond the bottom of the window. Scroll the window to see all actions. When the mouse enters the action pull down, the scroll region resets and occasionally the desired action extends beyond the bottom of the window - making it impossible to use the action pull down. This happens in both Firefox (10.x and 12.x) and Chromium.
