Actioning alerts on transitioning and case creation are too slow

Hi,

We are running on 7.3.4 version and from last 10-12 days on-wards, we are observing delay/slowness while actioning alerts from one transition to another and the behaviour is also same while creating incidents manually.

Please advise if we can perform some changes.
