Activate rich text editing

Hi, I think we somehow deactivated rich text editing and I can't find the function to re-activate it within the new user-interface (JIRA Cloud). 

ATM our descriptions look like "{color:red}" instead of red font color.

Do you mean that you deactivated rich text editing for a field? Try to change the field configuration scheme for the project. You need to find the field and change the renderer to Wiki Style Renderer

Thanks!! That solved my problem. Had a misconfiguration in our fild configuration scheme!
