Definitivamente esto es posible con una regla de automatización.
¿Has intentado construir la regla? ¿No funciona como esperabas? ¿Tiene preguntas sobre la regla que ha construido? Si es así, muéstrenos la regla y haga sus preguntas específicas.

El primer paso es decidir qué evento provocará que se realice la actualización.
El siguiente paso es determinar si hay alguna condición que deba cumplirse además del par, como por ejemplo que solo desea que la regla se ejecute para un problema de tipo Historia.
Y luego el último paso es realizar la actualización propiamente dicha.

Have you tried to construct the rule? Is it not working the way you expect? Do you have questions about the rule you have constructed? If so, please show us the rule and ask your specific questions.
If you have not tried to construct the rule, why haven't you tried that yet? Are you not familiar with how to construct automation rules?

The first step is deciding what event will cause the update to happen.
The next step is determining if there are any conditions that need to be met besides the even, such as you only want the rule to run for Story type issue.
And then the last step is making the update itself.
