Hi,
I have two scenarios I really need a hand to get working. Using
1. I have an email I need to send out to the assignee if the created date is 1 day in the past and the status is new
This reads correct to me, the email body is correct, but it hasn't run, any suggestions on how to improve it?
2. 2nd scenerio is a bit difficult, I want to transition the workflow from ' Assessment' to Assessment required if the review date is 2 days in the past. Would you have any suggestions on how to do this?
