Add Button with AUI on view issue screen

Hello!

I'm just trying to add a button to jira page with AUI like in this one:

In this i can see HTML code for the buttons, and i can't get where i should put these codeparts? Here you are the code:

<button class="aui-button">Button</button>

 I want this button to appear on my view issue screen? Can i do it somehow? I already know how to put Web-items, but at the moment i should use buttons.

Pls guide me if it's possible.

Hello! It's not that important where the button will be.

If it can be near the operation bar, that will be awesome.
